xtl Shorten URL API

Overview

The xtl Shorten URL API allows you to call methods that respond in REST style xml.
The API root URL is located at http://xtl.jp/api/short/
Use UTF-8 encoding when sending arguments to API methods.

Shorten a long URL.
*GET Request only.
